I have used 1800Flowers in the past with no issues. This time was a nightmare. My Father passed away and I found the perfect casket arrangement on the web site. Then I found a perfect supplement piece to send from my family it was a cross. The order was placed I was able to pick a time the service was to start and the flowers should have been there before that time. But, no flowers came. After I placed my order the visitation times were changed to a different location and time which would have given more time for the flowers to arrive, but did they NO THEY DID NOT. I called customer service and was told first that attempts to deliver the flowers to the funeral home but no one was there. This was a lie a big fat lie. There was someone at the funeral home at 7:30 am until 7:30 pm that day. Well they received another call from me a short time later and I was told that the florist saw where the funeral service was not until the next day so they were going to wait until then to deliver the flowers. Another lie was told when we were told that the florist called the funeral home and the funeral home told them that they did not need to deliver the flowers until the next day. 1800flosrist did nothing to help resolve this that night and we had my father visitation and rosery celebration with no flowers on his casket. YOU DON’T HAVE A VISITATION WITHOUT FLOWERS ON THE CASKET!!!!!!!! The actions of Wither Florist of Byram Mississippi were totally inexcusable and unacceptable to me. Nothing gives them the right to change orders and the person placing the order and counting on the order to be delivered on or before the scheduled time without the order placer being notified, but they just took it on themselves to do that. If they cant do the job properly then get out of the business.
