I have recently used them for arrangements for a funeral and for a rehearsal supper and have not been more pleased. Easy to order and everything was ready for pick up timely !!
They completely messed up my order and seemed totally unconcerned. I've used them before and it was fine. I guess the customer service has gone down over time. Very disappointing

The young lady that, help me was GREAT!! I told her I was looking for an arrangement. She asked what my price range. She showed me a variety of options within that price range. I ended up choosing an arrangement in a nice bright container. And when all was said and done she put the arrangement in a box with colorful tissue. It really gave the arrangement and even more wow Factor with the extra Added Touch as she did. I will definitely be back!!!! I highly recommend this place.

Made a payment to have flowers delivered on same day. Called 3 hours after payment was made to ASSURE the delivery would be made that day and was told the delivery was in process as we were speaking. Come to find out nothing was delivered. Get a call after hours with an apology and that they can make the delivery to the house the following day. I appreciate that but not what I paid for. Will not use again.
I ordered by phone after reviewing their website. I ordered a spray to be delivered to a church for a funeral service. The transaction was smooth, Jennifer was kind and helpful. She even followed up by sending me a photo of my arrangement like I’d asked.I would definitely order again just because they were great to deal with, local and made the arrangement just like it was pictured on their website.

Went into withers florist. They have a wonderful atmosphere. The employees are kind. They are very helpful. Beautiful shop. Can't wait to see them during the holidays. The arrangements in their grab and go cooler are beautiful and reasonably priced.
Withers did my wedding flowers for me and I could not have dreamed of better quality and design work than what I got from Rachel. They know the latest color and flower trends to go with every season. I have used them for years and will always use them for all my florist needs. If you're on the hunt for a great florist, look no further.
I have used 1800Flowers in the past with no issues. This time was a nightmare. My Father passed away and I found the perfect casket arrangement on the web site. Then I found a perfect supplement piece to send from my family it was a cross. The order was placed I was able to pick a time the service was to start and the flowers should have been there before that time. But, no flowers came. After I placed my order the visitation times were changed to a different location and time which would have given more time for the flowers to arrive, but did they NO THEY DID NOT. I called customer service and was told first that attempts to deliver the flowers to the funeral home but no one was there. This was a lie a big fat lie. There was someone at the funeral home at 7:30 am until 7:30 pm that day. Well they received another call from me a short time later and I was told that the florist saw where the funeral service was not until the next day so they were going to wait until then to deliver the flowers. Another lie was told when we were told that the florist called the funeral home and the funeral home told them that they did not need to deliver the flowers until the next day. 1800flosrist did nothing to help resolve this that night and we had my father visitation and rosery celebration with no flowers on his casket. YOU DON’T HAVE A VISITATION WITHOUT FLOWERS ON THE CASKET!!!!!!!! The actions of Wither Florist of Byram Mississippi were totally inexcusable and unacceptable to me. Nothing gives them the right to change orders and the person placing the order and counting on the order to be delivered on or before the scheduled time without the order placer being notified, but they just took it on themselves to do that. If they cant do the job properly then get out of the business.
Ordered funeral spray and had very specific requests for unique spelling on card, and colors and flowers. We were so pleased with the arrangement. We received many compliments at the service about how the spray so accurately had things our loved one would have wanted. Even days after service we were receiving compliments on the flowers.Mike George
